By accessing this website or booking any service with India Horizon Travels, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

India Horizon Travels offers local sightseeing, outstation tours, airport transfers, tempo traveller & car rental, VIP darshan bookings and customized travel packages across Ujjain, Omkareshwar, Indore and other destinations. Package inclusions, itineraries and vehicle types are as described on the relevant service or package page at the time of booking.

• A booking is confirmed only after our team verifies availability and you receive confirmation via call, SMS or WhatsApp.
• An advance payment may be required to hold a vehicle, hotel or VIP darshan slot.
• Prices quoted are per the itinerary/vehicle selected and may change for custom modifications, extra kilometers, waiting time or additional stops.

• Please share accurate travel details (dates, headcount, pickup point) at the time of booking.
• Carry valid ID proof where required, especially for temple darshan or restricted areas.
• Respect local customs, dress codes and temple guidelines during pilgrimage visits.

All vehicles are well-maintained and drivers are verified and experienced. Toll, parking, interstate permit and driver allowance charges are extra unless explicitly stated as included in your package. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to traveler negligence may be charged separately.

India Horizon Travels acts as a service coordinator between travelers and third-party vendors (drivers, hotels, temple trusts). We are not liable for delays, losses or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, government restrictions, natural calamities or force majeure events.

We reserve the right to modify an itinerary due to safety, weather, local authority restrictions or unforeseen circumstances, while making reasonable efforts to provide equivalent alternatives.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
