Cancellation Policy

We understand travel plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations are handled across our services — local sightseeing, outstation tours, airport transfers, tempo traveller/car rental and VIP darshan bookings.

For pre-paid bookings confirmed with an advance payment:

• More than 72 hours before travel date — full advance refunded, minus any payment gateway charges.
• 24–72 hours before travel date — 50% of the advance amount is refundable.
• Less than 24 hours before travel date, or a no-show — advance amount is non-refundable.

Mahakal VIP Darshan passes and pooja bookings are subject to temple trust timings and availability, and are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled darshan slot, as these are booked directly against a fixed time window.

In the rare event we must cancel a confirmed booking due to vehicle unavailability, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
